What areas do you serve?

Confetti Crush Studio is based out of Northern, VA and serves all surrounding areas of the DMV. 

When should I book my services?

As soon as you are ready to party! We appreciate 2-4 weeks in advance but will try our best to accommodate last minute requests. 

What is Garlands on the Go?

A beautiful organic balloon garland designed for your event that is picked up and installed by you! Choose your color, size, and date/pick up time. 

How do I hang my Garlands on the Go?

Your garland will come with a kit that includes instructions & hanging materials. 

What are the balloons made of?

We only work with the highest quality latex professional balloons. The balloons are 100% biodegradable. 

How long will the balloons last?

Confetti Crush Studio uses only the highest quality balloons and materials and indoor garlands kept away from extreme temperatures and pets can last up to a month.  However, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including but not limited to, weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. 

Do you have backdrops available?

We have a growing inventory of wood backdrops, marquee numbers, stands, and arches. We can also design any custom backdrop you desire. 

Do you offer event planning? 

Yes, we offer full event planning and price varies by scale of event. 

How do I reserve services for my event?

Please take a moment to fill out the inquiry form and we will respond ASAP to let you know availability on your event date. We will reach out to you using your preferred method of contact to discuss details and your vision. If you decide to move forward with booking an invoice will be sent and 50% of the total will be required to reserve the date. The balance will be due 3 days prior to the event date. 

How long does an installation take?

We require a two hour minimum for on site installations. Larger scale installations may require 3-5 hours. 

If I have backdrop rentals, when will they be picked up?

Backdrop rentals being utilized at a venue will be picked up no later than 2 hours after the event ending time. Rentals in client’s home can be scheduled to be picked same day or the day after. 

What do I with the balloons after my event?

You can pop balloons and dispose properly or distribute to guests. We can also take care of striking and disposing for an additional fee. 

What is the cancellation policy? 

Deposits are non-refundable, however, if you notify us at least 7 days prior to your event, your deposit can be used for a future booking. Any orders canceled after (less than 7 days notice) will lose their deposit.

Are you insured?

Confetti Crush Studio is fully insured & can provide a certificate of insurance if requested by your venue.
